Prices for our consultancy service are negotiable and will depend on the volume and complexity of the work and on the length of the contract.

The areas in which consultancy can be offered currently include:

• Initial Health & Safety Assessment of existing practices, premises and procedures in order to establish your company's present position in relation to compliance with current legislation
• Providing constructive feedback with prioritised recommendations to ensure your company has a development plan for achieving full Health & Safety Compliance
• Interviewing and selection of new staff
• Setting up a staff appraisal system and/or carrying out appraisals
• Assisting in the setting up and implementation of a full personnel system including contracts of employment
• Carrying out a Training Needs Analysis of all employees to identify existing skills and future training requirements to meet your organisation's business objectives
• Providing constructive feedback with prioritised recommendations to ensure that your company has a comprehensive staff development plan to enable these objectives to be achieved
• Developing internal training programmes to enable your company to be self-sufficient in its training delivery
